Inez von Weitershausen is a Research Associate at the Good Companies, Good Jobs Initiative, where she is helping to develop the group’s research strategy in cooperation with the leadership team. In doing so, she draws on her own extensive research experience at the intersection of international political economy and management studies and on her work experience in the public and private sector.

Von Weitershausen’s ongoing work on cross-national differences in the organization and implementation of systems for training, education, and reskilling has informed MIT’s Task Force on the Work of the Future and has been featured in MIT’s edX course Shaping Work of the Future. She has also explored topics involving comparative regulation and public policy as a Visiting Fellow at the Centre for Analysis of Risk and Regulation at the London School of Economics.

Von Weitershausen holds a PhD in International Relations from the London School of Economics, a Master of Law & Business degree from Bucerius Law School and WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management, and an MA in Politics, History and Area Studies from the University of Bonn.
